Law on referendum, Félix Tshisekedi seeks new deliberation in Parliament

The President of the Republic, Félix Tshisekedi, has sought a new deliberation of the law setting the conditions for the organization of the referendum in the DRC. This decision follows a request from the head of state addressed to the presidents of the National Assembly and the Senate. The new deliberation will allow the integration of the interpretative clauses formulated by the Constitutional Court in its ruling.
