Lawyers file petitions against Chief Judge over alleged discriminatory, prejudicial actions

An association of Nigerian legislative lawyers has filed petitions against the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice John Tsoho, over alleged discriminatory actions against non-litigation lawyers. The petition accuses the Chief Judge of obstructing the introduction of the Blue Silks rank for non-litigation lawyers. The lawyers are also calling for an investigation into the Chief Judge's conduct in a case involving ALDRAP and the LPPC.
