Libya: in Derna, rebuilding to overcome the traumas of the cyclone

The reconstruction of Derna, a coastal city in Libya nearly destroyed in 2023 by Cyclone Daniel, is progressing rapidly with the construction of bridges, housing, and a new hospital. However, residents remain deeply traumatized.
