Neighbors reported hearing Julie scream for help in the night from Monday to Tuesday, with some accounts suggesting she was beaten while her hands were tied. Yvette Che's claim that Julie fell ill and was taken to the hospital is challenged by other witnesses linking her death to the alleged violence.
