Lindsay Clancy in court to drop child murder charges after mistrial

Lindsay Clancy, accused of killing her three young children at their home in Duxbury, Massachusetts, appeared in court on Monday seeking to have the first-degree murder charges dismissed. The lawsuit, filed in November 2025, seeks $3 million for harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress; Pinkett Smith denies the allegations and calls them false and uncorroborated.
