Liquidation: 13 directors served with court order over NICON Insurance assets

The Federal High Court in Abuja has directed the service of an order on 13 former directors of NICON Insurance Limited, which is undergoing liquidation, to account for their roles in the company's operations over the past seven years. The preservation order aims to protect the company's assets, including bank accounts and investments, pending a hearing scheduled for September 21. Among those served are Managing Director Gbadebo Taiwo Oladejo and Secretary Arorote Williams.
