Literature: Évariste Méambly presents his second book on Public-Private Partnerships at Sciences Po Paris

Évariste Méambly, former Ivorian deputy and entrepreneur, presented his second book titled 'Public-Private Partnerships and Local Development: Rethinking the financing of road infrastructure in the Guémon region (Côte d'Ivoire) in the era of unfinished decentralization – DBFOM economic model' in the gardens of the Boutmy amphitheater at Sciences Po Paris. The book, published by Éditions du Panthéon, proposes a DBFOM model applied to two road axes (Facobly-Kouibly and Facobly-Sémien) and advocates PPPs as a credible solution for infrastructure financing in Africa, emphasizing governance, transparency, and risk sharing. The event took place on the sidelines of the graduation of the 'Policy and Development Management – Potential Africa' cohort.
