Local Authorities: Musfact-CI conducts a merger absorption of all mutuals

On October 8, 2026, several organizations representing local government agents in Côte d’Ivoire decided to merge with the Mutuelle des fonctionnaires et agents des collectivités territoriales de Côte d’Ivoire (Musfact-CI), established in 2025. The official signing ceremony, led by Gbétry Kouassi Léon, chairman of Musfact-CI, took place at the DGDDL in the presence of ministry officials and involved organizations. The merger aims to enhance coordination and improve services for agents, including zero-interest loans, real estate operations, health services, and insurance products.
