Sadio Mané has been selected among the 30 nominees for the Ballon d'Or 2026, recognizing his key role in Senegal's victory at the last Africa Cup of Nations, where he scored two goals and provided three assists. With Al-Nassr, he also scored ten goals and delivered six assists in 25 league matches. Mané finished 2nd in the 2022 Ballon d'Or, behind Karim Benzema, and he is one of four Senegalese players to have been nominated among the 30.
