Madlanga Commission throws weight behind Bafana Bafana's Fifa World Cup dream

The Madlanga Commission, investigating corruption in the criminal justice system, showed its support for Bafana Bafana by all members wearing the national team jersey on the opening day of the 2026 World Cup against Mexico. Commission chairperson Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga announced the gesture to mark the historic day and encourage national unity. Commissioner Sandile Khumalo had to cancel his trip to Mexico due to the extension of the commission's term.
