Maï-Ndombe: After denouncing 'complacency' and a 'mixed record' at the Assembly, a deputy placed under disciplinary procedure

A disciplinary procedure has been initiated against provincial deputy Patrick Kalina, who criticized the Assembly's work, calling it 'complacent' and a 'total failure'. He rated the Assembly 2/10 for its inaction. The Assembly's bureau also condemned an attempt to destabilize provincial institutions and suspended all petitions without major cause. Kalina had previously been involved in a motion of no confidence against the governor of Maï-Ndombe, which was rejected by the Assembly.
