Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction announced its 2026-2030 growth strategy, transitioning from a single-destination developer to a diversified urban destination and investment platform across Saudi Arabia's Western Region. As part of this, it unveiled Masar Gardens, a new mixed-use urban destination in Makkah with an initial investment of SAR 6 billion (US$1.6 billion). The project covers 1.2 million square meters and is expected to be developed within five years. The company aims to build a diversified portfolio of urban destinations worth over SAR 50 billion (US$13.2 billion), with future projects in Makkah, Jeddah, and Madinah.
