Mali: The army announces the release of 82 soldiers and Goïta pardons a Frenchman

The Malian army announced on Thursday that it had obtained the release of 82 soldiers held since the April 25 attacks. These offensives had notably targeted the country's main airport and caused the death of the Malian Defense Minister. The soldiers had been held hostage by armed terrorist groups affiliated with the GSIM-FLA coalition.
