Mali: Tuareg rebels announce agreement with Russians for their withdrawal from Kidal

The Tuareg rebels announced that they have reached an agreement allowing Russian soldiers from the Africa Corps to withdraw from Kidal, which they claim to fully control. Fighting resumed in the city between the Tuareg rebellion, supported by JNIM jihadists, and the Malian army, backed by Russian mercenaries. A rebel official confirmed that the Russian mercenaries were leaving Camp 2 under the escort of their armed forces.
