Malindi Court Moves Judgment Date in Paul Mackenzie Shakahola Case to October 19

The Malindi High Court has postponed the judgment in the murder case against controversial pastor Paul Mackenzie and 30 co-accused to October 19, 2026, at 9 am at the Mombasa Law Courts. Mackenzie and his co-accused face 191 counts of murder related to the deaths of children whose bodies were found in Shakahola Forest, between January 2021 and September 2023. The case involved the testimony of 121 witnesses and evidence including postmortem reports and expert findings, with the original judgment date set for October 16 but later rescheduled by Justice Diana Kavedza-Mochache.
