A 16-year-old from Malmesbury accused of links to the 764 online network has been found fit to stand trial after 30 days of observation at Valkenberg Psychiatric Hospital. Western Cape NPA spokesperson Eric Ntabazalila said the medical assessment found no mental illness or intellectual disability. Arrested in August following an investigation involving South African and US law enforcement, the teenager faces 15 charges, including offences related to child sexual exploitation and child sexual abuse material. The case was postponed to October 15 for proceedings on his bail application.
