Mamadou Ba case reveals a vast network, new list unveiled, Pape Cheikh Diallo named

Mamadou Ba, known as “Modou Ba Gawlo,” Ousseynou Diop, Ousmane Ndiaye, Dame Guèye, Abdourahmane Diop and Abdou Seck have been remanded in custody at the request of the Pikine-Guédiawaye prosecutor’s office. They face charges including criminal conspiracy, “acts against nature,” intentional transmission of HIV and endangering another person’s life. The prosecution also named a person identified as X and sought a judicial delegation to the Keur Massar Research Brigade; according to Libération, the defendants confessed and provided names. Investigators have also found a link to the case that led to Pape Cheikh Diallo and others being jailed, involving an alleged relationship with Djibril Dramé.
