Management of Covid-19 Funds: Alassane Diallo from the Ministry of Mines Cleared

Alassane Diallo, former director of General Administration and Equipment, has been definitively cleared of any involvement in the embezzlement of 70 million francs related to the Covid-19 Force funds, following a decision by the Court of Appeals on September 3. The embezzlement procedure concerning the Ministry of Mines and Geology is collapsing, and Diallo has been exonerated of any responsibility. The decision became final on September 14, as the Public Prosecutor's Office did not file an appeal.
