Manchester United: Martin Camus Mimb invokes a curse and calls for André Onana’s return

After Manchester United’s 4-1 defeat to Como, Martin Camus Mimb said the club was wrong to make André Onana a major scapegoat for its poor results between 2023 and 2025. The journalist noted that the Cameroon goalkeeper, on loan in Turkey, had kept three consecutive clean sheets and stopped all 15 shots on target across those matches. He jokingly suggested that a possible “curse” explains United’s ongoing struggles since Sir Alex Ferguson’s departure and called for Onana to return. His comments are not an announcement of a return or an indication of the club’s intentions.
