Manchester United’s misery continues with 3-0 home defeat to Bournemouth

Manchester United lost 3-0 to Bournemouth at Old Trafford, extending their winless run to eight games and leaving them 16th in the Premier League, one point above the relegation zone. Rayan opened the scoring from Justin Kluivert’s free-kick, before Marcus Tavernier and Evanilson added goals for Marco Rose’s side. Michael Carrick left Bruno Fernandes on the bench for the entire match after dropping him from the starting lineup. United fans directed much of their anger at the Glazer owners, while Carrick’s future as manager came under renewed doubt.
