March of September 15: a judicial investigation to shed light on the incidents

The Minister of Justice, Guillaume Ngefa, has ordered a judicial investigation into the violence that occurred during opposition protests on September 15 in Kinshasa and other locations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The investigation aims to determine the circumstances of the incidents, including acts of violence and allegations of deaths. The Coalition Article 64 (C64) called for these protests to denounce a proposed constitutional change, which escalated into violence that the opposition attributes to the ruling power.
