‘Massive’ Russian attack on Ukraine kills at least six, cuts power in Kyiv

Russian air strikes have killed at least six people in Ukraine and caused power outages in parts of Kyiv after a massive attack on energy and communication infrastructure. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko urged residents to stay in shelters, and DTEK reported emergency power cuts in several districts. Multiple regions, including Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, Sumy, and Chernigiv, were targeted by Russian missiles. President Zelenskyy criticized the lack of early warning from Western allies before the strikes.
