Media: CNC suspends Vision 4 from broadcasting for one month

The National Communication Council (CNC) has decided to suspend Vision 4 from all broadcasting for one month, following a report aired on June 2, 2026, about lawyer Félicité Esther Zeifman, which was deemed to harm her dignity. The initial three-month suspension of journalist Martial Thaddée Owona was increased to six months, and Boney Philippe, general director of L’Anecdote media group, is suspended from journalism for one month. The decision comes after the channel failed to comply with previous sanctions and made offensive statements.
