Met was negligent and reckless, sisters of 'Putney pusher' suspect tell BBC

The sisters of Nicholas Brandram, suspected of pushing a woman on Putney Bridge in May 2017, told the BBC that the Metropolitan Police was 'negligent' and 'reckless' in its investigation.
