Military High Court: General Tshiwewe challenges the quality of CNC investigators

During the Tuesday hearing at the Military High Court in Kinshasa, the defense of Army General Christian Tshiwewe contested the presence of weapons allegedly found at his home, stating that no tangible evidence was presented. Lawyer Me Parfait Kanyanga claimed there was no seizure report or seals, questioning the legitimacy of the investigators from the National Cyber Defense Council (CNC). General Tshiwewe is facing charges of conspiracy, treason, and other serious accusations.
