MINFI: Three Officers of the Armed Forces Revenue Collection Dismissed

The Ministry of Finance has initiated disciplinary proceedings against three officers of the Armed Forces Revenue Collection for 'serious breaches of ethics and professional conduct.' The affected officers are Ms. Ngo Massocky Fanny Charlotte, Ms. Mengue Evina Lucie Marie Noël, and Ms. Zanga Marie épouse Abena. The decision, signed by Minister Louis Paul Motazé, took effect on August 28, 2026.
