Ministry of Finance and Budget: Adama Coulibaly outlines priorities and looks to the future

From April 8 to 10, 2026, the Directorate General of Public Procurement is participating in an annual strategic seminar chaired by Minister Adama Coulibaly. This seminar aims to evaluate past actions and define a roadmap focused on three priorities: optimizing the Sigomap system, improving access for SMEs to public contracts, and enhancing transparency. In 2025, the volume of public contracts reached over 1,897 billion Fcfa, reflecting an intensification of public investments.
