Ministry Unveils Plan to Transform Huduma Kenya Into Statutory Authority

Huduma Kenya is set to be transformed into an independent statutory agency under a draft One-Stop Shop policy unveiled by the Ministry of Public Service. This transformation aims to enhance public service delivery by introducing customer service excellence standards and digitizing government systems. The proposal also includes expanding Huduma services to sub-county levels and specific measures to improve access for Persons with Disabilities and marginalized groups.
