Mohamed Salah sets Turkish Super Lig record for Trabzonspor

Mohamed Salah set a new record in the Turkish Süper Lig by becoming the first player to have 10 goal contributions in his first seven games for Trabzonspor. The Egyptian provided an assist in the 3-0 win over Samsunspor, bringing his total to three assists and seven goals in as many matches since his move from Liverpool in August. Salah's prolific start includes a hat-trick and an assist in a 4-0 victory against Galatasaray, the defending champions. He joined Trabzonspor as a free agent after leaving Liverpool at the end of last season and was greeted by fans upon arrival in Istanbul.
