More than 160 killed in escalating drone attacks across Sudan

More than 160 people have been killed in drone attacks across Sudan in recent days, according to medics and rights groups. A strike near a market and transport hub in Al-Dibab, West Kordofan, killed 80 people; 30 of the 47 injured people taken to Al-Mujlad later died. Emergency Lawyers and the RSF’s self-declared administration accused the army of carrying out the attack. Other strikes killed 41 people in Blue Nile state, 17 in Nyala and three children in Khartoum, while RSF drones were reported to have targeted the Atbara and Setit dams.
