Moroccans Rank Second Among Foreign Homebuyers in Spain

Moroccans made 5,154 home purchases in Spain in the second half of 2025, ranking second among foreign buyers. Foreign buyers conducted over 66,000 transactions, accounting for 18.4% of Spain's housing market. Despite a decline in transactions, prices continued to rise, reaching an average of €2,479 per square meter. Moroccan buyers recorded the lowest average price at €768 per square meter.
