Morocco Expresses Solidarity With Mali After Coordinated Attacks Hit Bamako and Other Cities

Morocco expressed its solidarity with Mali following a series of attacks targeting civilian and military sites in several cities, including Bamako, Kidal, Sévaré, and Gao. A Moroccan diplomatic source condemned the attacks and offered condolences to the victims' families, reiterating Morocco's support for Mali's authorities on security and stability. Armed groups, including the Front de Libération de l’Azawad and the Groupe de soutien à l’islam et aux musulmans, were reported to be involved in these assaults, while the African Union also condemned the acts of violence.
