Morocco: Generation Z 212 wants to make an impact at the polls

In Casablanca, 29-year-old Younes Belaidi is running for the legislative elections under the banner of the Party of Progress and Socialism. Nearly 16 million voters are called to the polls to renew the 395 seats in the House of Representatives. The election takes place within a reformed electoral framework, but young people make up a limited portion of the electorate, with only 15% of registered voters aged 25 to 34 and 4% between 18 and 24.
