Morocco Outlines Framework Supporting Print Press Through Photocopying Royalties

Morocco's Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication held a meeting to discuss a new copyright framework aimed at supporting the print press sector through photocopying royalties. The framework requires journalistic articles to be original, properly registered, and compliant with national legal standards. Royalties will be paid in the year following publication, with 70% of the revenues allocated to professional journalists.
