Morocco: Three questions about Amine Harit as Ouahbi is forced to explain why he left out Marseille's overlooked star

Despite finding form again at Olympique de Marseille, Amine Harit was left out of Morocco’s squad for the two matches against Niger on November 13 and 17. Coach Mohamed Ouahbi was asked three times about the omission, almost two years after Harit’s last national-team appearance. He cited competition and a desire to bring in young players, including Gessime Yassine and Ayoub Oufkir. Harit has scored three goals and provided one league assist for Marseille, but the decision has not convinced all Moroccan supporters.
