MTN Cameroon: Nearly 68 Billion FCFA Profit in 2025 Despite Tax Burden Increased by 3.7 Times

MTN Cameroon reported a net profit of 2.091 billion rands (approximately 67.9 billion FCFA) in 2025, up from 58.8 billion FCFA in 2024. Revenue grew by 21.6 % to 13.452 billion rands (436.9 billion FCFA), but net margin decreased slightly to 15.5 %. The tax expense surged from 487 million to 1.814 billion rands, affecting the pre-tax result.
