Murkomen Defends Plan to Issue IDs and Voter Cards to Kenyans in Uganda

Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen has defended his proposal to issue identity cards and register Kenyans living in Uganda as voters ahead of the 2027 elections, amid criticism and voter-smuggling allegations from the opposition.
