Mystery as ten lions discovered dead in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area

A total of ten lions, possibly from the same pride, were found dead in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area near the Ndutu plains. Local authorities are investigating the mysterious deaths, with suggestions that the lions may have been poisoned in retaliation for livestock attacks. The area is home to around 64 lions and over 25,000 large animals, mostly ungulates.
