N Seven raises Guinness Nigeria stake to 70.9%

N Seven Nigeria Limited, a Tolaram Group company, has increased its stake in Guinness Nigeria Plc to 70.9%. The company acquired an additional 499,987 shares at N370.90 per share, valued at approximately N185.45 million. This acquisition follows the purchase of 550,092 shares on August 28, bringing the total shares acquired to 1,050,079 for about N387.5 million.
