Niger Delta development built on Horsfall's legacy - Ex-NDDC director, Audu-Ohwavborua

A former Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Director, Dr. Emmanuel Audu-Ohwavborua, highlighted the contributions of late elder statesman Chief Albert Korubo Horsfall to the development of the Niger Delta. Horsfall, who recently died at age 84, was the pioneer Chairman of OMPADEC, established in 1992, and played a key role in the early development of regional intervention frameworks. During a ceremony at the NDDC headquarters in Port Harcourt, it was noted that the region's progress is built on Horsfall's legacy, including his involvement in founding the NDDC headquarters in 1995.
