The United States maintains DRC among eligible countries for AGOA

The DRC has retained its eligibility for AGOA until December 2028, as officially communicated by Richard C. Nicholson, the US ambassador's advisor in the DRC, to the Minister of Foreign Trade, Julien Paluku Kahongya. He praised the progress made by the DRC in improving the business climate, facilitating trade, and respecting workers' rights. The minister urged economic operators to take advantage of this opportunity by working with ANAPEX to meet quality standards and increase exports to the US.
