Kabeya-Kamuanga: Mupompa's population deprived of drinking water for over three months

The residents of Mupompa in the Kabeya-Kamuanga territory have been without drinking water for over three months due to a breakdown of the borehole. Nearly 29,000 people are affected, and village chief Godefroid Kalonji Kabula Mpuka expressed concern over the situation, which forces them to return to rivers for water. The provincial minister of hydraulic resources stated that repairs are underway, but no specific date has been announced.
