Nabilah Diedericks: Driving community transformation through sport

Nabilah Diedericks, founder of Finz Aquatics and Fitness Development, is making an impact in the Cape Flats community by using sport for the development of children with special needs. Her organization, which started with 15 learners, now serves over 400 participants, offering swimming lessons and inclusive programs. Diedericks, currently in her Master of Philosophy in Sport for Development, applies her research to promote access and inclusion in sports.
