NADDC canvasses tax waiver for local vehicle manufacturers

The National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) has called for a tax waiver for local vehicle manufacturers importing raw materials. During an oversight visit to Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing and Kojo Motors in Anambra State, Director General Otunba Joseph Oluwemimo Osanipin expressed concerns over high tariffs on imported raw materials, which raise the cost of locally manufactured vehicles. NADDC aims to support these companies and advocate for reduced import duties.
