Nairobi County Seeks Investors to Build 20-Storey Complex in Eastleigh

The Nairobi City County Government has invited private investors to finance and construct a 20-storey building in Eastleigh on a 1.279-acre piece of land. The project, part of the Urban Renewal Programme, will include commercial spaces and housing units, with minimum requirements for retail and commercial levels. Successful investors will be responsible for designing, financing, and building the project.
