Nairobi plans Rwanda-style arena in sports, conferences race

Nairobi is set to construct a 10,000-seater indoor arena as part of a $294.49 million (Sh38.14 billion) Railway City project. The arena will serve as the centerpiece of a Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) Core Centre being developed at the Nairobi Railway Station area, which will also include a hotel, serviced apartments, retail outlets, and other entertainment facilities.
