NASS primaries: APC electoral panel begins process in Bayelsa

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has commenced the process of selecting candidates for the House of Representatives and Senate seats in Bayelsa State through direct primaries. Solomon Ogba, chairman of the APC National Assembly Electoral Panel, announced that the panel has arrived in the state and is ready to oversee a credible exercise. Sensitive election materials have already been distributed to polling areas, and most aspirants who underwent screening in Abuja have been cleared to participate.
