National Assembly: The bill on the referendum referred to the PAJ commission for integration of the Constitutional Court's reservations

The bill establishing the conditions for organizing a referendum in the Democratic Republic of Congo has been referred to the Political, Administrative and Legal Commission (PAJ) for the integration of the Constitutional Court's reservations. This announcement was made by the President of the National Assembly, Aimé Boji Sangara, during the examination of the work schedule for the September 2026 ordinary session. The PAJ has fifteen days to amend the text before it is submitted to the plenary for adoption.
