National team: Injured at Real Sociedad, Mamadou Sarr out of Lions’ camp

Mamadou Sarr, a Chelsea loanee playing for Real Sociedad, will miss Senegal’s final national-team camp of the year and both matches against Sudan. He came off at half-time in the Europa League match against Olympique Lyonnais after sustaining a calf injury.
