NATO: Arrest of Former Russian Defense Ministry Employee in Montenegro

Mikhaïl Zvinchuk, founder of the Russian Telegram channel Rybar, was arrested on October 9 in Montenegro along with his wife and three others. Montenegrin authorities suspect them of being involved in hybrid activities linked to the Rybar network, accused by the West of spreading pro-Russian narratives. The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that the Russian embassy in Montenegro was reviewing the circumstances of the detention.
